Gambaran Perilaku Sehat Mahasiswa Fisioterapi Universitas Kristen Indonesia
Healthy Behavior Profile of Physiotherapy Students at Universitas Kristen Indonesia
Abstract
Kebutuhan dasar manusia selain sandang, pangan dan papan yang tidak kalah pentingnya adalah kesehatan. Kesadaran akan kesehatan terkadang tidak menjadi prioritas , menjadi sangat penting dan mahal ketika individu mengalami sakit dan mengganggu aktivitas sehari-hari, menderita kerugian materil, dan inmateril. Mahasiswa sebagai bagian dari masyarakat memiliki tanggung jawab moral dalam mempromosikan gaya hidup sehat dan perilaku hidup sehat. Masyarakat menganggap fisioterapis sebagai suatu profesi harus menerapkan pola hidup sehat serta memiliki perilaku kesehatan yang positif. Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui gambaran perilaku sehat siswa. Penelitian menggunakan desain deskriptif, dengan sampel sebanyak 108 mahasiswa yang hadir dan mengisi angket pada waktu yang telah ditentukan (accidental sampling). Pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner HPLP-II yang mengukur perilaku hidup sehat. Analisis data menggunakan program SPSS dengan mencari nilai rata-rata enam perilaku sehat siswa. Hasil penelitian: rata-rata skor enam perilaku yang diukur, skor tertinggi pada perilaku spiritual siswa adalah 2,966 dan skor terendah pada perilaku aktivitas fisik siswa. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Fisioterapi memiliki perilaku tidak sehat meliputi perilaku aktivitas fisik, gizi, manajemen stres dan tanggung jawab kesehatan serta perilaku sehat mahasiswa meliputi hubungan interpersonal dan spiritual.
