MOBILISASI DINI DAN PEMBELAJARAN MOTORIK PADA PASIEN STROKE (SEBUAH KAJIAN PUSTAKA)
Mobilisasi dini & pembelajaran motorik pada stroke
Abstract
Stroke merupakan suatu kelainan neurologis yang terjadi ketika pasokan darah ke otak terganggu atau berkurang akibat penyumbatan atau pecahnya pembululuh darah. Stroke menjadi penyebab kecacatan utama di dunia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan kajian pustaka mengenai mobilisasi dini dan pembelajaran motorik pada pasien stroke. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kajian pustaka (narrative review) dengan mengakses artikel journal databse, seperti: PubMed Central (PMC) NCBI dan google scholar. Prosedur mobilisasi dini pada pasien stroke iskemik, perdarahan intraserebral, dan perdarahan aneurisma subaraknoid, memiliki manajemen yang berbeda. Hal ini berkaitan dengan waktu pertama kali diberikan mobilisasi, tipe dan jenis intensitas pelatihan, serta efek dari pengobatan dan prosedur operasi yang dilakukan. Sementara untuk penerapan pembelajaran motorik memperhatikan enam indikator diantaranya: (1) teori dasar dari pembelajaran motorik, (2) prinsip pembelajaran motorik, (3) tahapan pembelajaran motorik, (4) dosis/durasi pelatihan, (5) tipe pelatihan yang dapat diberikan, dan (6) waktu awal untuk memulai pembelajaran motorik.
