PERBEDAAN PENGARUH PEMBERIAN SENAM OSTEOPOROSIS DAN SENAM YOGA TERHADAP KELUHAN NYERI LUTUT PADA LANSIA DI POSYANDU LANSIA SENJA BAHAGIA RW XXV JEBRES, SURAKARTA
Abstract
Pendahuluan: Di Indonesia penderita osteoporosis usia >50 tahun adalah 32,3% pada wanita dan 28,8% pada pria. nyeri lutut diperkirakan mencapai 25% populasi dunia. Sedangkan prevalensi nyeri lutut mencapai 5% pada usia <40 tahun, 30% pada usia 40-60 tahun, dan 61% pada usia >61 tahun. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui perbedaan pengaruh pemberian Senam Osteoporosis dan Senam Yoga terhadap keluhan nyeri lutut pada lansia. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimental dengan desain non-randomized two grup pre-test and post-test without control group design. Penarikan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah 40 orang. Kelompok eksperimen 1 diberi perlakuan Senam Osteoporosis sebanyak 20 responden dan kelompok eksperimen 2 diberikan perlakuan Senam Yoga sebanyak 20 responden. Analis data dengan uji Wilcoxon dan uji Mann Whitney. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh pemberian Senam Osteoporosis dengan nilai significancy sebesar 0,000 (p<0,005) dan ada pengaruh pemberian Senam Yoga dengan nilai significancy sebesar 0,000 (p<0,005). Ada beda pengaruh pemberian Senam Osteoporosis dan Senam Yoga terhadap keluhan nyeri lutut pada lansia dengan nilai significancy sebesar 0,002 (p<0,005). Kesimpulan: Ada pengaruh pemberian senam osteoporosis dan senam yoga terhadap keluhan nyeri lutut pada lansia. Ada beda pengaruh pemberian senm osteoporosis dan senam yoga.
