Pengaruh Terapi Latihan terhadap Congestive Heart Failure NYHA III-IV e.c Mitral Regurgitation, Trikuspidal Regurgitation, Pulmonal Hipertensi

Abstract
Congestive Heart Failure (CHF) atau sering disebut gagal jantung kongestif adalah keadaan patofisiologis berupa kelainan fungsi jantung, sehingga jantung tidak mampu memompa darah untuk memenuhi kebutuhan metabolisme jaringan atau kemampuannya hanya ada kalau disertai peninggian volume diastolik secara abnormal. Diperkirakan tahun 2030 bahwa 23,6 juta orang di dunia akan meninggal karena penyakit cardiovaskula.
Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pengaruh terapi latihan terhadap penderita Congestive Heart Failure NYHA III-IV e.c Mitral Regurgitation, Trikuspidal Regurgitation dan Pulmonal Hypertensi di RSUD Dr. Adyatma, Semarang sebanyak 8 pasien yang secara keseluruhan diambil sebagai sampel penelitian. Pengumpulan data didapat dari pemeriksaan sangkar thorax.Sangkar Thorax sebagai pemeriksaan sesak nafas. Hasil uji t menunjukkan Sig. = 0,000 (<0,05), maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Hal ini berarti sesak sebelum dan sesudah tindakan terapi latihan (breathing exercise, mobilisasi sangkar thorax, gerak aktif anggota gerak atas dan bawah).
Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dan pembahasan maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa : Terapi latihan dapat mengurangi derajat sesak napas, spasme otot pernapasan dan meningkatkan ekspansi sangkar thorax pada penderita Congestive Heart Failure NYHA III-IV e.c Mitral Regurgitation (MR), Trikuspidal Regurgitation (TR) dan Pulmonal Hypertensi (PH).
