Abstract
Nyeri punggung bawah (NPB) merupakan salah satu gangguan muskuloskeletal yang paling sering dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. NPB adalah nyeri yang dirasakan di daerah punggung bawah dan biasanya merupakan nyeri lokal maupun nyeri radikular atau keduanya. Nyeri tersebut dapat disebabkan oleh postur yang buruk baik ketika berdiri maupun duduk, membungkuk/memutar, mengangkat beban dengan salah dan lain-lain. Penyebab NPB tersebut sering terjadi pada perawat ruang rawat inap. Laporan Kasus ini berlokasi di RSUD dr. Murjani Sampit, Kotawaringin Timur, Kaliantan Tengah. Tujuan Laporan Kasus ini adalah untuk Mengetahui faktor risiko penyebab nyeri punggung bawah pada perawat di RSUD dr. Murjani Sampit. Metode yang digunakan yaitu kuesioner untuk mengetahui faktor individu dan metode Brief Survey untuk penilaian risiko ergonomi. Studi Kasus dilakukan terhadap 2 orang perawat rawat inap yang telah memiliki riwayat Nyeri Punggung Bawah. Berdassarkan hasil penilaian risiko ergonomic dengan menggunakan metode Brief Survey resiko kerja tertinggi berada pada regio punggung dengan skor 4. Faktor karakterisitik responden yang meliputi jenis kelamin, IMT, pengalaman kerja, perilaku merokok dan kebiasaan olahraga tidak memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan kejadian NPB. Berdasarkan Hasil uji statistik yang didapatkan dari beberapa studi kasus dan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hanya lama duduk dan lama berdiri yang berpengaruh terhadap kejadian nyeri punggung bawah
