Faktor Risiko Neck Arm Pain pada Mahasiswa Selama Pembelajaran Online di Masa Pandemi COVID-19

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Kondisi pandemi COVID-19 menyebabkan perubahan pada sistem pembelajaran di semua jenjang pendidikan, termasuk perguruan tinggi. Selama masa pandemi mahasiswa harus belajar di rumah secara online. Dalam masa ini banyak mahasiswa mengeluhkan adanya rasa tidak nyaman atau nyeri pada tubuh (system muskuloskeletal). Keluhan muskuloskeletal yang terjadi selama masa pembelajaran online antara lain pada leher, bahu, lengan, dan pinggang. Salah satu keluhan yang banyak dialami adalah Neck Arm Pain (NAP). Nyeri leher sering dirasakan pada mahasiswa karena studi menggunakan laptop pada durasi lama, posisi statis, dan postur membungkuk. Neck Arm Pain dapat menimbulkan gangguan pada aktivitas fungsional dan mempengaruhi sistem muskuloskeletal. Tujuan: Mengetahui faktor-faktor risiko yang menyebabkan NAP pada mahasiswa selama masa belajar di rumah di situasi pandemi COVID-19. Metode: Cross Sectional Study dengan jumlah sampel 30 responden. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan tehnik purposive sampling. uji analisis dengan uji Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil: Koefisien determinasi NAP 48.4% pada mahasiswa Fisioterapi yang belajar online di waktu pandemi COVID-19. Postur saat pembelajaran secara online sebagai faktor risiko utama yang mempengaruhi kejadian NAP pada mahasiswa selama masa belajar di rumah di situasi pandemi COVID-19 (OR= -2.441, p-value 0.007 dan 95% CI = lower -4.170, upper -0.713). Simpulan: Postur sebagai faktor kuat yang mengakibatkan kejadian Neck Arm Pain pada masa belajar online pada masa pandemi COVID-19.
