PENGARUH HIGH HEELS TERHADAP PENINGKATAN RESIKO OSTEOARTHRITIS KNEE
Abstract
Penggunaan sepatu dalam bekerja memiliki fungsi estetika dan fungsi
kesehatan. Pemakaian high heels memiliki banyak resiko, salah satu resiko yang
timbul akibat pemakaian high heels yaitu Osteoarthritis.. Penelitian ini bertujuan
untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemakaian high heels terhadap peningkatan resiko
osteoarthritis pada SPG (Sales Promotion Girl) Matahari Simpanglima Semarang.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasional dengan populasi seluruh
SPG wanita di Matahari di MDS Simpang Lima dengan teknik purposive
sampling sejumlah 52 responden, yang terbagi menjadi 4 kelompok yang
menggunakan sepatu dengan tinggi hak yang berbeda-beda (kelompok dengan
sepatu berhak 0cm, 3 cm, 5 cm dan 7 cm) masing-masing kelompok berjumlah 13
orang.
Penelitian ini dilakukan pada tanggal 1 Juni 2017 sampai dengan
31Agustus 2017. Hasil penelitian dilihat dari peningkatan skor skala Womac.
Hasil penelitian diuji dengan One Way Anova diperoleh nilai p< 0.00, sehingga
disimpulkan ada perbedaan antar kelompok yang menggunakan sepatu dengan
tinggi hak yang berbeda. Dilanjutkan dengan uji Post Hoc didapatkan hasil ada
perbedaan yang bermakna pada masing-masing kelompok dengan nilai p= 0,000 <
0,05, baik pada kelompok dengan tinggi hak 0 cm dibandingkan dengan 3 cm
dengan nilai p=0.03, pada kelompok dengan tinggi hak 3 cm dibandingkan
kelompok dengan tinggi hak 5 cm didapatkan hasil p=0,00, sedangkan pada
kelompok dengan tinggi hak 5 cm dibandingkan kelompok dengan tinggi hak
sepatu 7 cm didapatkan hasil p=0,019.

By using high heels have many risk, one of the risk by using high heels is
Osteoarthritis. This research has a purpose to know the effect of high heels to
increase the risk of Osteoarthritis Knee in SPG (Sales Promotion Girl) Matahari
Simpanglima Semarang.
This research was a observational method research (quantitative
research) with the population all of the Sales Promotion Girl in Matahari
Simpanglima with the purposive sampling technique 52 respondence, which is
separate for 4 group that use the difference high level of the shoes (group with
0cm high, 3 cm, 5 cm, and 7 cm high) which is 13 person each.
This research start from 1st Juni 2017 until 31th Agustus 2017. This
research has seen by increase of the Womac score. This research was value by
One way anova test which is have the value p= 0.00, so it can be conclude that
there is a difference into group which is use the difference higher shoes, The test
was followed by post hoc test and it get the difference into group with the value
p= 0,000 < 0,05, which is into group with 0cm high into 3 cm high with value
p=0.03, which is into group with 3 cm high into 5 cm high with value p=0,00,
which is into group with 3 cm high into 5 cm high with value p=0,019.
