Pengaruh Intervensi Fisioterapi Konvensional terhadap Pemenuhan Activities of Daily Living (ADL) pada Pasien Hemiparese Dextra: Studi Kasus
Abstract
Latar Belakang: Intracerebral haemorrhage (ICH) brainstem adalah kumpulan darah fokal yang berada di dalam batang otak. Penyebabnya meliputi hipertensi, malformasi vaskular dan tumor apoplexy. Manifestasi klinis yang muncul berupa kehilangan kesadaran, hemiparese, defisit sensori, ataksia, dan lainnya. Intervensi fisioterapi konvensional dapat diberikan untuk menunjang proses rehabilitasi pada pasien pasca stroke ICH brainstem. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh intervensi fisioterapi konvensional terhadap pemenuhan ADL pada pasien pasca stroke ICH brainstem. Metode: Studi kasus tunggal pada wanita 55 tahun dengan diagnosis hemiparese dextra et causa ICH brainstem. Intervensi fisioterapi konvensional berupa infrared radiationdan terapi latihan diberikan sebanyak 4 kali dalam 2 minggu. Evaluasi dilakukan sebanyak 2 kali dengan membandingkan skor pre dan post test. Hasil: Terjadi perubahan pada skala nyeri diam dengan NRS, kekuatan otot dengan MMT, dan pemenuhan ADL dengan Barthel Index. Namun, total skor risiko jatuh dengan Morse Fall Scale tidak berubah. Kesimpulan: Studi kasus ini menyimpulkan bahwa intervensi fisioterapi konvensional berpengaruh terhadap pemenuhan activities of daily living (ADL) pada pasien hemiparese dextra.
