Abstract
Pembatasan aktivitas di luar ruangan yang diberlakukan selama pandemi COVID-19 ini menyebabkan perubahan aktivitas fisik dan gaya hidup masyarakat berupa pengurangan aktivitas fisik dan perubahan pola makan. Hal ini menyebabkan peningkatan perilaku menetap dan dikaitkan dengan efek metabolik yang dapat meningkatkan risiko stroke. Stroke dapat diatasi dengan menggunakan video exercise melalui telerehabilitation virtual reality untuk meningkatkan kualitas keseimbangan pada pasien stroke. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan Keseimbangan dengan menggunakan video exercise melalui telerehabilitation virtual reality pada pasien post stroke non haemoragik sebagai cost-effective pelayanan fisioterapi di Rumah Sakit Grandmed Lubuk Pakam 2022. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan quasi eksperimen dengan desain pretest-posttest kepada dua kelompok.dengan metode pengambilan sampel probability sampling. Data sampel pada skripsi ini sebesar 110 orang dalam dua group. Group control dan group case. sehingga masing-masing group yaitu sebanyak 55 orang. Sebelum diberikan latihan bridging exercise serta core-strengthening melalui Video Exercise nilai Keseimbangan minimal 30 dan maksimal 46 kemudian setelah diberikan latihan bridging exercise serta core-strengthening melalui video exercise nilai keseimbangan minimal 42 dan maksimal 54. hasil uji hipotesa penelitian ini dinyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh pemberian video exercise melalui telerehabilitation virtual reality pada pasien post stroke non haemoragik sebagai cost-effective pelayanan fisioterapi di Rumah Sakit Grandmed Lubuk Pakam 2022.
