Abstract
Untuk mengetahui hubungan grade luka terhadap Quality of Life (QOL) pada Diabetic Foot Ulcer (DFU). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional. Sampel penelitian ini berupa pasien DFU Rumah Luka Sidoarjo yang dipilih secara purposive sampling dengan jumlah 30 responden. Pengukuran grade luka pada DFU yang diukur dengan menggunakan Meggit – Wagner System dan QOL diukur dengan 36-Item Short Form Health Survey (SF-36). nilai mean dan standar deviasi dari grade luka pada DFU sebesar 1,67±0,84 dan QOL sebesar 52,49±19,68. nilai p = 0,010 artinya terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara grade luka dan QOL, dimana sampel dengan grade luka 1 memiliki perbandigan proporsi QOL tinggi lebih banyak dibandingkan grade luka 2,3,4 Ada hubungan searah antara grade luka dengan QOL, semakin kecil grade luka maka QOL maka semakin tinggi.
