Hubungan Kualitas Tidur terhadap Tekanan Darah
Abstract
Tekanan darah adalah tekanan dari aliran darah dalam pembuluh nadi (arteri). Tidak semua tekanan darah berada dalam batas normal sehingga menyebabkan munculnya gangguan berupa hipertensi dan hipotensi. Penyebab hipertensi antara lain penuaan, obesitas, kelainan ginjal, pola konsumsi, dan kualitas tidur buruk. Terdapat beberapa unsur gaya hidup yang mempengaruhi tekanan darah, tetapi tidak menyebabkan secara langsung. Salah satu faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi tekanan darah adalah gangguan tidur. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan kualitas tidur terhadap tekanan darah pada mahasiswa. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 35 orang. Data diperoleh melalui kuisioner dan wawancara serta dianalisis menggunakan SPSS. Simpulan Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa sebagian besar mahasiswa Fisioterapi tingkat II dan III UWHS memiliki kualitas tidur yang baik dan tidak ditemukan hubungan antara kualitas tidur dengan nilai tekanan darah.
