Bobath Intervention In Stroke Patients In The Advanced Rehabilitation Phase
Abstract
Pasien stroke memerlukan tindakan rehabilitasi untuk mengembalikan kemampuannya dalam berkativitas sehari hari. Hal tersbut sesuai dengan teori bahwa program rehabilitasi efektif untuk meningkatkan fungsi fisik, mobilitas, dan keseimbangan individu setelah stroke dan terus mengalami defisit setelah rehabilitasi rawat inap. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah dua pasien lansia yang merupakan pasien di Rumah Sakit Swasta di Surabaya dengan diagnosis medis post stroke infark hemiplegia dextra. Instrumen Penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah Modified Ashworth Scale (MAS) untuk menentukan spastisitas dan Chedoke Mc-Master Stroke Assessment (CMSA) untuk menentukan gangguan fisik dan kecacatan setelah stroke. Tingkat keberhasilan diukur menggunakan Modified Ashworth Scale (MAS) yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui tonus otot dan Chedoke Mc-Master Stroke Assessment (CMSA) yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui gangguan kontrol motorik. Penurunan Ashworth scale yaitu dari 1 menjadi 0 pada pasien pertama dan ada kasus kedua didapatkan hasil belum ada penurunan pada Ashworth scale dan kedua pasien mengalami peningkatan nilai pada Chedoke Mc-Master yang artinya terdapat perbaikan kontrol motorik.
