Pengaruh Terapi Latihan terhadap Post ORIF Fraktur Mal Union Tibia Plateu dengan Pemasangan Plate and Screw

Abstract
Fraktur tibia (Bumper fracture/fraktur tibia plateu) adalah fraktur yang terjadi akibat trauma langsung dari arah samping lutut dengan kaki yang masih terfiksasi ke lutut. Departemen Kesehatan RI tahun 2007 didapatkan sekitar delapan juta orang mengalami kejadian fraktur dengan jenis fraktur yang berbeda dan penyebab yang berbeda, dari hasil survey tim depkes RI didapatkan 25% penderita fraktur yang mengalami kematian, 45 mengalami cacat fisik, 15% mengalami stress psikologis karena cemas dan bahkan depresi, dan 10% mengalami kesembuhan dengan baik. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pengaruh terapi latihan terhadap penderita post orif fracture mal union tibia plateu sinistra dengan pemasangan plate and screw. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pasien penderita post orif fracture mal union tibia plateu dengan pemasangan plate and screw. Sampel penelitian ini menggunakan seluruh populasi, yaitu sebanyak 9 pasien yang secara keseluruhan diambil sebagai sampel penelitian. Pengumpulan data didapat dari pemeriksaan kekuatan otot dengan Manual Muscle Testing (MMT). Hasil uji t menunjukkan Sig. = 0,000 (<0,05), maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Hal ini berarti nilai kekuatan otot sebelum dan sesudah tindakan terapi latihan (Static contraction, Pumping action, Passive exercise(Relaxed passive exercise) tidak sama. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan adanya pengaruh terapi latihan (Static contraction, Pumping action, Passive exercise(Relaxed passive exercise) terhadap nilai kekuatan otot pada kasus post ORIF fraktur malunion tibia plateu sinistra.
