Faktor Kondisi Fisik Terhadap Resiko Cedera Olahraga Pada Permainan Sepakbola

Latar belakang: Cedera olahraga adalah cedera pada sistem integument, otot dan rangka yang disebabkan oleh kegiatan olahraga. Olahraga adalah serangkaian kegiatan fisik dan
ketrampilan teknik bukan hanya untuk kesehatan jasmani dan rohani saja tetapi juga bertujuan untuk memenangkan suatu pertandingan, meskipun bertujuan menyehatkan jasmani
tetapi olahraga juga memiliki resiko untuk terjadinya cedera olahraga. Angka kejadian cedera olahraga pada anak-anak meski tergolong kecil tetapi memiliki kenaikan persentase disetiap pertambahan usia. Cedera bisa terjadi saat latihan maupun pertandingan, secara sengaja atau tidak sengaja dengan beberapa faktor penyebab terjadinya cedera dalam olahraga diantaranya adalah faktor intrinsik yaitu faktor kondisi fisik dan keterampilan teknik. Tujuan: untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan faktor kondisi fisik terhadap resiko cedera olahraga. Metode: Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada 5 Sekolah Sepakbola (SSB) di kota Semarang. Metode yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif korelasional dengan teknik survey dan tes. Besarnya sampel berjumlah 100 siswa dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu purposive sampling. Variabel penelitian terdiri dari: 1) Variabel independen yaitu, kondisi fisik dan 2) Variabel dependen yaitu, resiko cedera olahraga. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Uji korelasi dengan Pearson dua jalur dengan bantuan aplikasi computer menggunakan seri program SPSS for window versi 19 dengan taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil : ada hubungan faktor kondisi fisik terhadap resiko cedera olahraga dengan nilai p= 0,000 (p < 0,05). Kesimpulan: Ada hubungan faktor kondisi fisik terhadap resiko cedera olahraga, dengan runtutan tingkat keeratan hubungan yang paling erat adalah Agility, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Endurance dan Strenght.
