PENGARUH INFRA RED DAN PROPIOCEPTIVE NEUROMUSCULAR FACILITATION PADA HEMIPARESE STROKE NON HEMORAGIK
Abstract
Latar Belakang : Prevalensi stroke di Indonesia berdasarkan diagnosis tenaga kesehatan sebesar 7 per mil dan yang terdiagnosis tenaga kesehatan atau gejala sebesar 12,1 per mil. Prevalensi stroke berdasarkan diagnosis nakes tertinggi di Sulawesi Utara (10,8%), diikuti DI Yogyakarta (10,3%), Bangka Belitung dan DKI Jakarta masing-masing 9,7 per mil, sedangkan untuk prevalensi stroke di Jawa Tengah (12,3%) (Riskesdas, 2013).
Tujuan : Untuk mengetahui pengaruh fisioterapi dengan Infra Red dan Propioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation pada Hemiparase et causa Stroke Non Haemoragik.
Hasil : Hasil uji normalitas menunjukkan distribusi data normal, maka uji hipotesis menggunakan metode paired sample t test. Hasil pengujian tersebut menunjukkan nilai sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0,08 yang berada pada > 0,05 sehingga Ha ditolak dan Ho diterima yang bermakna perubahan pada pasien sesudah terapi tidak signifikan dibandingkan dengan sebelum terapi. Hal ini dapat disebabkan karena gangguan pada sistem saraf pusat yang membutuhkan waktu, intensitas dan jumlah pertemuan lebih banyak serta
membutuhkan kerjasama antara pasien, keluarga dan terapis yang baik agar terlihat perubahan pada partisipan.
Kesimpulan : Pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan infra red dan propioceptive neuromuscular facilitation pada hemiparese stroke non hemoragik belum
menunjukkan perubahan yang signifikan pada pasien.
