PENGARUH TERAPI LATIHAN PADA DEVELOPMENTAL DELAY
EXERCISE THERAPY EFFECT ON DEVELOPMENTAL DELAY
Abstract
Latar Belakang : Prevalensi keterlambatan perkembangan motorik yang signifikan di dalam populasi anak tidak diketahui. Melalui perhitungan statistik, 2-3% bayi berada di luar rentang tonggak pencapaian motorik normal. Dari angka tersebut, sebagian kecil (15-20%) diketahui mempunyai diagnosis gangguan neuromotor signifikan berupa serebral palsi atau defek pada saat lahir. Terapi latihan yang digunakan adalah neuro senso motor reflex development and synchronization, mobilisasi trunk, dan latihan gerak fungsional.
Tujuan : Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh tindakan fisioterpai fisioterapi dengan terapi latihan pada developmental delay.
Hasil : Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis menggunakan paired sample t test dengan hasil yang tampak menunjukkan nilai sig (2-tailed) sebesar 0,104 (> 0,05) yang berarti Ho diterima dan Ha ditolak. Berdasarkan data tersebut, terapi yang diberikan berupa Neuro senso motor reflex development and synchronization, Mobilisasi Trunk dan latihan gerak fungsional tidak efektif pada penelitian kali ini, Hal ini terjadi karena tidak ada perubahan yang signifikan pada partisipan antara sebelum terapi dengan sesudah terapi.
Kesimpulan : terapi latihan Neuro senso motor reflex development and synchronization, Mobilisasi Trunk dan latihan gerak fungsional tidak efektif pada penelitian kali ini, karena tidak ada perubahan yang signifikan pada
partisipan antara sebelum terapi dengan sesudah terapi. Tidak adanya perubahan yang signifikan pada pasien dapat disebabkan oleh gangguan terjadi pada sistem saraf pusat yang membutuhkan waktu terapi lebih lama dan kerjasama yang baik antara terapis, partisipan dan keluarga partisipan.
