PENGARUH INFRA RED, ELECTRICAL STIMULATION DAN TERAPI LATIHAN PADA DROP HAND ET CAUSA POST OPERASI FRAKTUR HUMERUS
INFRA RED, ELECTRICAL STIMULATION AND EXERCISE THERAPY ON DROP HAND ET CAUSA POST HUMERUS FRACTURE OPERATION
Abstract
Latar Belakang : Pasien drop hand akan mengalami kelemahan dari grup otot extensor dari tangan, jari-jari, dan pergelangan tangan sehingga terlihat fleksi jari- jari. Di Indonesia terjadi kasus fraktur yang disebabkan oleh cidera antara lain karena jatuh, kecelakaan lalu lintas, dan trauma benda tajam atau tumpul. Kasus fraktur femur 39%, fraktur humerus 15%,fraktur tibia fibula 11%, diantara kasus tersebut, 20-50 juta orang lainnya mengalami disabilitas. Terapi pada penelitian ini, meliputi Infra Red. Electrical Stimulation dan Terapi Latihan.
Tujuan : untuk mengetahui pengaruh Infra Red, Electrical Stimulation dan terapi latihan pada Drop Hand e.c Post Operasi Fraktur Humerus.
Hasil : Hasil uji hipotesis untuk nilai MMT ekstensor carpi ulnaris didapatkan sig (2-tailed) 0,000 < 0,05. Hal ini menunjukkan terjadi peningkatan kekuatan otot yang signifikan setelah dilakukan terapi. Hasil uji hipotesis untuk nilai MMT ekstensor carpi radialis didapatkan sig (2-tailed) 0,019 < 0,05. Hal ini menunjukkan terjadi peningkatan kekuatan otot yang signifikan setelah dilakukan terapi. Hasil uji hipotesis untuk nilai MMT abduktor policis didapatkan sig (2-tailed) 0,000 < 0,05. Hal ini menunjukkan terjadi peningkatan kekuatan otot yang signifikan setelah dilakukan terapi. Hasil uji hipotesis untuk skor WHDI didapatkan sig (2-tailed) 0,001 < 0,05. Hal ini menunjukkan terjadi peningkatan kemampuan fungsional aktivitas tangan partisipan.
Kesimpulan : Infra Red (IR), Electrical Stimulation (ES), Terapi Latihan (TL), dan edukasi dapat, meningkatkan kekuatan otot ekstensor tangan, meningkatkan lingkup gerak sendi, dan menambah fungsional aktifitas seperti BAB, BAK, Mandi, Berpakaian.
