PENGARUH TERAPI LATIHAN PADA POST ORIF DENGAN PLATE AND SCREW NEGLECTED CLOSE FRACTURE FEMUR
EXERCISE THERAPY EFFECT IN POST ORIF DENGAN PLATE AND SCREW NEGLECTED CLOSE FRACTURE FEMUR
Abstract
Latar belakang : kasus fraktur di indonesia, fraktur pada ekstremitas bawah akibat kecelakaan memiliki prevalensi yang paling tinggi diantara fraktur lainnya yaitu sekitar 46,2%. Dari 45.987 orang dengan kasus fraktur ekstremitas bawah akibat kecelakaan, 19.629 orang mengalami fraktur pada tulang femur, 14.027 orang mengalami fraktur cruris, 3.775 orang mengalami fraktur tibia, 9702 orang mengalami fraktur pada tulang-tulang kecil di kaki dan 336 orang mengalami fraktur fibula. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Rumah Sakit Ortopedi Prof.dr.R.Soeharso dengan menggunakan sampel sebanyak 8 orang partisipan dengan menggunakan metode quasi eksperimen jenis pretest-posttest. Intervensi yang diberikan adalah terapi latihan.
Tujuan : mengetahui pengaruh terapi latihan pada post ORIF dengan Plate and screw neglected close fracture femur
Hasil : hasil uji normalitas dengan saphiro wilk test sig nilai VAS sebelum terapi 0.338, sig nilai VAS sesudah terapi 0.775, sig indeks Barthel sebelum terapi 0.728 dan sig indeks Barthel sesudah terapi 0.970. dengan batas kritis 0,05 sedangkan nilai sig data berada pada>0,05 maka Ho diterima dan Ha ditolak. Hal ini berarti distribusi data normal. hasil uji hipotesis nilai VAS pada tabel 5 didapatkan nilai sig 2-tailed sebesar 0.002 sedangkan untuk indeks barthel pada tabel 6 didapatkan nilai sig 2 tailed sebesar 0.000 dengan nilai kritis 0,05 maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima sehingga pada penelitian ini terjadi perubahan yang signifikan untuk penurunan derajat nyeri dan peningkatan aktivitas fungsional partisipan.
Kesimpulan : intervensi berupa terapi latihan pada kondisi post ORIF fracture femur efektif dalam menurunkan derajat nyeri dan meningkatkan aktivitas fungsional partisipan.
