PENGARUH TERAPI LATIHAN PADA POST OPERASI PEMASANGAN ILIZAROV PADA FRAKTUR TIBIA
EXERCISE THERAPY EFFECT IN POST OPERATION ILIZAROV TIBIA FRACTURE
Abstract
Latar Belakang : Studi pendahuluan selama 2 minggu di RSO Prof. Dr. R. Soeharso Surakarta, didapatkan data bahwa fraktur menjadi diagnosa sepuluh besar penyakit periode 1 Januari 2012 sampai 30 September 2013. Penggunaan fiksasi eksternal periode Juli-Oktober 2013, sebanyak 34 pasien (rata-rata 8 pasien per bulan), dengan pembagian penggunaan OREF sebanyak 28 pasien dan penggunaan Ilizarovfixator sebanyak 6 pasien. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Rumah Sakit Orthopedi Prof. Dr. R. Soeharso Surakarta pada bulan April 2017 dengan mengambil sampel sebanyak 8 partisipan dengan metode quasi eksperimen dengan jenis pretest-posttest. Intervensi yang diberikan pada penelitian ini menggunakan terapi latihan.
Tujuan : Mengetahui pengaruh terapi latihan pada post operasi pemasangan ilizarov pada fraktur tibia.
Hasil : Uji normalitas menggunakan saphiro wilk tes dengan nilai sig. VAS sebelum terapi sebesar 0.925, nilai sig. VAS sesudah terapi sebesar 0.563, nilai sig. indeks Barthel sebelum terapi sebesar 0.407 dan nilai sig. indeks Barthel sesudah terapi sebesar 0.245. Dengan demikin Ho diterima dan Ha ditolak maka distribusi data pada tabel tersebut normal. Uji hipotesis pada penelitian ini menggunakan paired sample t test dengan hasil sig 2 tailed sebesar 0,000. Dengan demikian maka terjadi penurunan derajat nyeri yang signifikan pada partisipan. Uji hipotesis untuk indeks Barthel. Mendapatkan hasil sig 2 tailed sebesar 0,000. Dengan demikian maka terjadi peningkatan kemampuan aktivitas fungsional yang signifikan pada partisipan.
Kesimpulan : penggunaan terapi latihan pada partisipan efektif dalam menurunkan derajat nyeri dan meningkatkan kemampuan aktivitas fungsional pasien.
