Hubungan Overweight Pada Mahasiswi Terhadap Kejadian Low Back Pain Myogenic
Abstract
Latar Belakang: Perubahan gaya hidup santai pada mahasiswi berkaitan dengan penurunan aktivitas fisik yang mengakibatkan terjadinya overweight. Overweight yaitu penumpukan lemak tubuh karena pengeluaran energi berkurang. Overweight dapat menyebabkan gangguan muskuloskeletal dan salah satu jenis gangguan muskuloskeletal yang sering terjadi adalah low back pain myogenic. LBP myogenic adalah nyeri punggung bawah disebabkan faktor myogenic atau otot yang menjadi sumber nyeri.
Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui hubungan overweight pada mahasiswi terhadap kejadian low back pain myogenic.
Metode Penelitian: Desain penelitian ini adalah cross sectional. Sebanyak 90 sampel diambil menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Indeks massa tubuh overweight didapat dengan pengukuran tinggi badan dan berat badan sedangkan low back pain myogenic diukur dengan kuisioner Nordic Body Map (NBM).
Hasil: Penelitian dengan uji spearmen didapatkan nilai p=0,02 lebih kecil dari nilai signifikansi 0,05. Kesimpulan: Terdapat hubungan overweight pada mahasiswi terhadap kejadian low back pain myogenic.
